Trans Joy Yoga:
My mission is to support trans kids in navigating challenges that arise in everyday life, particularly in systems that are often unwelcoming or misunderstanding. As I work toward my yoga therapy certification, I’m excited to blend my therapeutic approach with movement to help young people build body awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I advocate for policies and practices that make the world (especially schools) a safer, more supportive place for trans youth. I’ve seen firsthand how barriers like exclusion from physical education or lack of supportive resources can negatively affect mental health, and I’m dedicated to helping trans youth access the tools they need to thrive. Through my Trans Joy Movement and Wellness Project, I aim to create spaces where these young people can feel seen, heard, and empowered—physically, emotionally, and socially.
